32-year-old Nevada woman busted trying to hire hitman to kill her reality tv star husband according to police

LAS VEGAS, NV – A woman married to a reality television investigator stands accused of attempting to orchestrate her husband’s murder, according to authorities. Victoria Goodwin, 32, was arrested after police discovered evidence that she allegedly plotted to kill her husband, Aaron Goodwin, known for his role on the paranormal investigation show “Ghost Adventures.”

The arrest report details that Victoria reportedly communicated with a Florida inmate in October 2024 and, through him, sought to engage someone to execute the plot. Alarmingly, she allegedly expressed in a message to the inmate her willingness to “end his existence” rather than pursue divorce.

Authorities allege that Victoria provided details regarding Aaron’s schedule and filming locations in California. She is said to have amassed $11,515 intended for the hit, with conversations revealing she planned an initial down payment of $2,500.

In a disturbing exchange, a message from the inmate to a contact supposedly involved in the plot noted that Aaron was “asleep right now in the hotel room,” seeking confirmation on whether the act had been carried out.

The plot unraveled when corrections officers in Florida confiscated the contraband phone, exposing the scheme. Upon confrontation by police, Victoria reportedly denied the intent to kill her husband, claiming memory loss about the incriminating messages.

She further argued that money transactions were intended for purchasing cellphones, although she admitted marital dissatisfaction and fantasized about living without Aaron.

Aaron Goodwin reportedly reacted with disbelief and heartbreak to the allegations, indicating that he perceived their marriage as content.

Victoria has been charged with solicitation and conspiracy to commit murder. Following her arrest on March 6, she was booked into the Clark County Detention Center with a bail set at $100,000. Her initial court hearing on March 7 resulted in an order barring contact with her husband as the case proceeds.
