LOS ANGELES — A man has been apprehended in connection with a brutal sexual assault that took place earlier this month in downtown Los Angeles. The incident occurred on November 8, outside a high-rise residential building near the Los Angeles Convention Center.
The victim, who has opted to remain anonymous and identified only as “Terra” for her safety, described a terrifying encounter captured on surveillance footage. She stated that the suspect approached her as she exited the building after walking her dog, quickly overpowering her. “Before I knew it, he grabbed me, and I couldn’t get away,” Terra recounted.
