Police responded to reports of a shooting with injuries on Cynthia Drive around 3:59 p.m. where they found the victim with life-threatening gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts to administer aid, the young man succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
The victim, along with companions, was sitting in a vehicle in a parking lot when an unidentified individual opened fire on the vehicle, causing the companions to flee the scene.
