PLATTSBURGH, NY – A Plattsburgh man is facing murder charges after authorities say he shot and killed his wife, then abandoned her body miles away from where she was last seen.
Chloe Henry, 25, vanished over the weekend, prompting her family to raise concerns after she stopped responding to messages—a behavior described as uncharacteristic by her relatives. She was last spotted with her husband, Keith Henry, 33, which set off an urgent search when her absence stretched into a second day.
Two days after Chloe’s disappearance, law enforcement located her body in the rural town of Chazy, situated near the Lake Alice Wildlife Management Area and about 20 miles from Plattsburgh. The discovery brought a tragic end to the search, leaving the community reeling.
The results of a post-mortem examination carried out at Glens Falls Hospital revealed that Chloe died from gunshot wounds to the head and back. The cause of death was officially classified as homicide, rising suspicions about foul play and intensifying the investigation.
