Abducted Clovis Child Sparks Urgent Search for Killer and Missing Infant

Clovis, New Mexico – In a tragic turn of events, the Clovis Police Department is on the lookout for a suspect connected to the deaths of two women and the possible abduction of a child at Ned Houk Park on Friday. The incident unfolded when authorities received a distressing 911 call reporting the discovery of two deceased women and an injured child in the park, just five miles north of Clovis.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers found the lifeless bodies of Samantha Cisneros, 23, and Taryn Allen, 23, both hailing from Texico, N.M., with gunshot wounds near a silver Dodge minivan. A young girl was also found at the park, injured from a head wound, prompting immediate life-saving measures until emergency medical services arrived to transport her to a nearby medical center and subsequently to a hospital in Lubbock.

Authorities were alarmed to find baby essentials like an infant car seat, stroller, and bottle left behind, raising concerns that there may have been an infant present during the shooting. A subsequent search for the missing infant led to the activation of the 9th Judicial Major Crime Unit to spearhead the investigation, revealing that Eleia Maria Torres, a 10-month-old believed to be in grave danger, was potentially abducted by the perpetrator of the crime.

In response to the abduction, an Amber Alert was issued for Torres, described as 28 inches tall, 23 pounds, with brown eyes and hair. Despite an ongoing investigation, authorities have yet to identify a suspect, although the New Mexico State Police provided information suggesting the culprit may have fled in a maroon Honda vehicle of unknown model.

Authorities urge anyone with relevant information on the case or who was in the vicinity of Ned Houk Park at the time of the incident to come forward and assist in the investigation.
