CINCINNATI — A 38-year-old man has been apprehended in connection with a violent altercation that left a woman unconscious in the city. Patrick Rosemond was taken into custody in Fulton County, Georgia, and faces serious charges including two counts of felonious assault and aggravated riot, according to Cincinnati police.
Rosemond is expected to undergo an extradition process before being returned to Cincinnati for prosecution. The incident, which took place on July 26 at Fourth and Elm Street, gained significant attention after a video of the attack circulated on social media, depicting the victim, identified as Holly, being struck and falling to the ground.
In the widely shared footage, Holly is shown collapsing and appearing unresponsive while blood can be seen streaming down her face.
