Gavin Dyball, 42, was convicted of multiple charges of assault, which left the victim with significant facial injuries and lasting psychological trauma.
During a hearing at Hull Crown Court, prosecutors described how Dyball’s aggressive behavior escalated during arguments, culminating in a violent attack on May 27. The court was informed that he kicked the woman while she lay defenseless on the floor and caused extensive bruising and swelling on her face.
