The assault occurred in the early hours of Sunday, June 16, in a parking lot situated along Independence Boulevard near Long Avenue. According to Detective Clyburn, the brother of the injured individual returned to help him following the assault. The injured man was subsequently taken to the hospital for treatment. Surveillance footage from the scene captured the altercation, showing one of the brothers approaching a person on an ATV before being struck by a dirt bike. The footage continues with the ATV colliding with the brother, followed by the person on the ATV physically assaulting him.
