The Albuquerque Police Department revealed that Nathan Sheckler was taken into custody following a confrontation that turned deadly on Monday afternoon at a residence on Vivian Dr., N.E.
According to APD detectives, the altercation between the two adult brothers escalated into a physical fight, leading to the fatal shooting of Travis Sheckler. The violence erupted at around 2:20 p.m. in the vicinity of 7100 Vivian Dr., N.E., near Louisiana Boulevard and San Antonio Drive.
The mother of the siblings recounted to law enforcement that the argument between her sons turned violent, with Travis allegedly assaulting Nathan.
