Brothers Killed in Pennsylvania Workplace Shooting: Gunman Arrested

Chester, Pennsylvania – Two brothers, Leovanny and Giguenson Peña-Peña from the Dominican Republic, tragically lost their lives in a workplace shooting that left three others injured. The incident occurred at Delaware County Linen, where a heated argument involving a co-worker escalated into a deadly confrontation. The suspect, Wilbert Rosado Ruiz, 61, was apprehended and faces charges of first-degree murder, aggravated assault, and other related offenses.

District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer described the shooting as a cold-blooded attack, emphasizing the ruthless nature of the perpetrator’s actions. The surveillance footage captured Rosado Ruiz methodically targeting individuals within the facility, leading to the deaths of Leovanny and Giguenson Peña-Peña. In addition to the fatalities, three other individuals were wounded during the incident. The female employee involved in the initial dispute managed to escape the building, but Rosado Ruiz allegedly pursued her outside and fired additional shots. Fortunately, the woman escaped further harm as the suspect’s gun malfunctioned or ran out of ammunition.
