According to authorities, the shooting took place outside A&M food store on Joseph Guillaume Place, where three individuals were struck by gunfire from a passing vehicle. The intended target, a 32-year-old man, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
A 64-year-old man and an 11-year-old boy were also victims of the shooting and were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
