Eyeball and Ear Eaten in Violent Las Vegas Attack

Las Vegas, Nevada – Authorities in Las Vegas are investigating a gruesome and violent attack that left a victim missing an eyeball and an ear. The incident unfolded early Sunday morning in a 7-Eleven parking lot, where a man was reportedly seen tackling and assaulting a customer.

Colin Czech, 31, was found kneeling next to the victim, with blood and biological matter on his face, hands, mouth, and clothing. When questioned by officers, Czech remained silent, offering no explanation for his actions. The victim, identified only as Kenneth, was rushed to the UMC Trauma Center but tragically succumbed to his injuries.

Czech, claiming to be homeless and sleep-deprived, told authorities that he believed he was fighting a “shape-shifter” and was compelled by voices in his head to attack the victim. Shockingly, he confessed to using his teeth to harm the victim, even consuming parts of his eyeballs and ears.

Police investigating the scene noted the victim’s missing left eye and ear, as well as blood splatter indicative of a brutal assault. Following his discharge from the hospital, Czech was arrested on murder charges and held at the Clark County Detention Center. The disturbing nature of the attack has left the community reeling and questioning the circumstances that led to such a horrifying altercation.

As the investigation unfolds, authorities are working to piece together the events that transpired and understand the motives behind the heinous act. The shocking details of the case have raised concerns about mental health and the impact of homelessness on individuals struggling to cope with increasingly challenging circumstances. Amidst the tragedy, the Las Vegas community stands together in mourning for the victim and seeking justice for the senseless violence that occurred.
