The Riverside Police Department reported that the incident occurred in the 7600 block of Canberra Way, where officers responded to a shooting in one of the residences.
Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered a man fatally wounded and a woman with gunshot injuries who was in critical condition. The woman was promptly transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
