Heathrow Airport Taxi Driver Assault: Police Hunt Suspects Linked to Woking and Surrey

LONDON, England – Two suspects are currently being sought by authorities following a violent incident at Heathrow Airport that left a taxi driver with serious injuries. The victim, who sustained eye and nose fractures during the attack, was assaulted in the Terminal 5 arrivals hall on January 10th between 5:30 and 5:45 GMT.

The Metropolitan Police, investigating the case, have released images of two men captured on CCTV at the airport. According to Detective Constable Ben Benlounes from the Met’s aviation policing command, the attack appeared to be unprovoked and left the victim with severe facial injuries. Investigators believe the individuals in question traveled by bus from Woking to Heathrow Airport.

Authorities are urging anyone with information on the identities or whereabouts of the two suspects to come forward. The men are thought to have connections to Woking, west London, and parts of Surrey. The first suspect is described as white with tanned skin, around 30 years old, standing approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, and was wearing black cargo trousers and a quilted puffer jacket.

Meanwhile, the second suspect is described as a black male around 5 feet 11 inches tall, seen wearing black jeans, a black jacket, and Nike trainers. Anyone who may have information related to the assault or the suspects is urged to contact the police by calling 101 and quoting reference number 1000114/24.

In a statement, authorities emphasized the severity of the attack and the importance of identifying and locating the individuals responsible. The investigation is ongoing, with law enforcement actively seeking leads from the public to assist in apprehending the suspects involved in the assault at Heathrow Airport.
