NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A tragic incident unfolded in the city of Nashville on Easter Sunday, as a gunman unleashed a wave of violence at Roasted Salemtown restaurant, resulting in the loss of a life and several injuries. The victim, 33-year-old Allen Beachem, was fatally shot during the brunch hours, leaving behind a devastated family and community.

Reflecting on the heartbreaking event, Keanna Lowe, Beachem’s second cousin, shared memories of him as a devoted husband, father of four, volunteer firefighter, and military veteran. Beachem’s visit from Alabama to celebrate family birthdays turned into a nightmare as the shooting occurred.

Lowe revealed that amidst the chaos, Beachem selflessly acted to safeguard his loved ones from harm, displaying courage and a protective spirit. The suspected shooter, identified as 46-year-old Anton Rucker, was later apprehended in Kentucky, bringing some relief to the grieving family.
