Shooting Update: Orlando Landlord/Tenant Dispute Leaves One Dead, One Injured, Investigation Ongoing

Orlando, Florida – Two individuals were involved in a tragic incident at a residence on Dorado Avenue related to a landlord/tenant dispute, as reported by the police. The situation escalated, leading to a fatal shooting where both individuals were wounded by the tenant. The victim, identified as 40-year-old Angel Luis Santos, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Authorities have confirmed the identity of all parties involved and are no longer seeking any additional suspects in connection with the case. The investigation into the shooting remains ongoing.

Earlier, Orlando police responded to a shooting incident in the Dover Manor neighborhood that resulted in one fatality and another individual sustaining non-life-threatening injuries. The authorities were summoned to Dorado Avenue near South Semoran Boulevard and Lake Underhill Road around 11 a.m. following reports of the shooting. Tragically, one person succumbed to their injuries at the scene, while another was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center for medical attention and is expected to recover.
