Silver Spring, Md. – Montgomery County officers are currently investigating a shooting incident in Silver Spring that left two individuals dead. The police responded to reports of gunshots at Nolte Local Park on Sunday just before 7 p.m., where they discovered two male victims with gunshot wounds in the 500 block of Thayer Avenue.
During a press conference, authorities confirmed that both victims, aged 20, were pronounced dead at the scene, and there were witnesses present at the time of the shooting. As of now, the police have not disclosed any information about the victims, such as their identity or place of residence. Both Montgomery County Police and Park Police are actively involved in investigating the incident.
