Slingshot-Wielding Elderly Man Arrested After Decade of Neighborhood Terror

Azusa, California – An 81-year-old man, Prince Raymond King, has been arrested by the Azusa Police Department for allegedly terrorizing his neighborhood with a slingshot for the past decade. This arrest came after a lengthy investigation by the department, where King was deemed a “serial slingshot shooter” for causing property damage and nearly striking people with ball bearings.

Over the years, residents in the neighborhood had been victims of shattered windows, broken windshields, and holes caused by ball bearings. Despite the extent of the damage, there were no reported injuries during this period of vandalism. Law enforcement officials had been on the hunt for the mysterious slingshot shooter for years before finally apprehending King.

Local outlets captured footage of the vandalized areas, showcasing the destruction caused by King’s slingshot. Windows with BB gun pellet-sized holes and completely shattered glass were prominent in the footage, illustrating the impact of King’s actions on the neighborhood.

Following a search warrant executed in King’s neighborhood, investigators found ball bearings and a slingshot in his residence. King was subsequently arrested and booked into Men’s Central Jail in Los Angeles, where he is currently being held without bail. It remains unclear if King has legal representation at this time.

King’s reign of vandalism, spanning over a decade, has now come to an end with his arrest. The Azusa Police Department’s efforts have brought closure to the residents who had endured years of property damage and fear caused by the serial slingshot shooter. As the case unfolds, authorities will continue to investigate and ensure that justice is served for those affected by King’s actions.
