Pontiac, Michigan – Ethan Crumbley, convicted for his involvement in the shooting that claimed the lives of four individuals, including Justin Schilling, Tate Myre, Hana St. Juliana, and Madisyn Baldwin, has recently submitted a motion for resentencing. This request, filed by the Michigan State Appellate Defender Office, aims to introduce new evidence that sheds light on the teenager’s upbringing and challenges he faced, such as alleged Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.
