Herndon, Virginia – An 18-year-old teenager from Herndon, Virginia, turned himself into police late Thursday, following the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old boy in a parking lot in the McNair area of Fairfax County. The teenager has been charged with murder and is currently being held without bond at the county jail.
