Teenagers identified as victims in targeted double homicide at Hermitage apartment complex

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The tragic incident that unfolded last week in Hermitage has left the community reeling. Two teenagers lost their lives in what the Metro Nashville Police Department has described as a “targeted” shooting that took place at the Hermitage Flat Apartments on Old Hickory Boulevard just before 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Authorities have now identified the victims of this senseless act of violence. Seventeen-year-old Camron McGlothen and 18-year-old Reginald Smart were the two young individuals who were fatally shot in the apartment complex. Smart had been residing with McGlothen at the time of the incident, adding to the heartbreaking nature of this tragedy.
