HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A tragic incident unfolded on Friday night in Harris County, Texas when a teenager, identified as Cody Johnson, was shot and killed while on his way to pick up his girlfriend in Katy. The shooting occurred around 8 p.m. on the westbound service road of the 23600 block of the Katy Freeway, near the Grand Parkway, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
