Franklin County, Pennsylvania – Suspects are now in police custody after a brutal attack left a juvenile stripped, beaten, and bloodied in Franklin County. The arrest of 18-year-old Kendill Raleigh, along with two juvenile accomplices, was made by Waynesboro Police following the disturbing incident on May 12. Raleigh and the other suspects were apprehended by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office on May 20.
Authorities were alerted to the assault at the 100 block of East North Street, where a juvenile victim between the ages of 12 and 15 was reportedly attacked. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim lying in the middle of the street with visible bruises and head injuries, appearing confused and disoriented.
Emergency Medical Services promptly attended to the victim and deemed it necessary for them to be airlifted to Hershey Medical Center due to the severity of their injuries.
