The authorities were alerted to the 3300 block of Flora Avenue around 9:45 p.m. following a report of shots being fired, which escalated to a shooting as officers made their way to the scene. Upon arrival, officers entered a residence where they discovered a young girl unresponsive, displaying signs of a gunshot wound.
