Kidnapping, Assault, and Robbery: Chino Hills Man Arrested After Violent Attack on Female Victim

Chino Hills, California – A 24-year-old man from San Bernardino County faces charges of kidnapping, assault, and robbery after a violent incident involving a female victim. Robert Michael Lockwood-Stinson was arrested by authorities following the attack that occurred on May 7.

The altercation between Lockwood-Stinson and the victim escalated into physical violence, resulting in significant injuries to the woman. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department released a statement detailing the events of the incident.

After the assault, Lockwood-Stinson took the victim’s phone, wallet, and cellphone before forcing her into his vehicle. Despite her attempts to escape, Lockwood-Stinson threatened and physically restrained her, ultimately driving her to her residence.

Upon the victim’s report of the incident, deputies at the Chino Hills Police Station began an investigation. Lockwood-Stinson was subsequently arrested near his residence on May 8 and booked at the West Valley Detention Center.
