Knife Fight Erupts in Pune Parking Dispute: Viral Video Captures Violent Altercation of Two Men

Pune, India – A heated confrontation turned violent in Pune’s Kondhwa area as a parking dispute escalated into a knife fight between two individuals. The incident, captured on video and widely shared on social media, resulted in both individuals being arrested by the police.

The suspects, Ganesh Subhash Rakh Pasare and Afak Ashfaq Shaikh, engaged in a physical altercation involving sharp weapons near Sana Hospital in Kausar Baug, Kondhwa, around 11:30 p.m. Police reports indicate that Pasare, 32, parked his car on the road, sparking an argument with Shaikh, 30, which quickly spiraled out of control.

During the confrontation, both men inflicted injuries on each other using the sharp weapons at their disposal. Following the incident, police registered cases against Pasare and Shaikh, who were subsequently treated at Sassoon Hospital for their injuries before being taken into custody.

Authorities revealed that Shaikh, a repeat offender with a previous case registered under Section 307 at Kondhwa police station, has a history of involvement in criminal activities. The swift actions by law enforcement led to the apprehension of both individuals involved in the violent altercation on the busy road in Kondhwa area.
