Local authorities revealed that 56-year-old Diana Robinson was assaulted by a fellow patient at the day habilitation center on April 1, as disclosed in a police report obtained through a Freedom of Information request. The report outlined the brutal attack, which included the victim’s head being slammed against a window, hair being pulled, and being bitten by the assailant.
Following the assault, Robinson succumbed to her injuries on April 15, confirmed by the Tonawanda Police in a press release.
