Stabbing at Walmart: Murder Charge Filed Against Timothy Carter for Fatal Attack on Employee

Rockford, Illinois – Police have charged Timothy Carter, 28, with murder for the fatal stabbing of an 18-year-old Walmart employee. The incident occurred at the Walmart located on Northridge Drive on Sunday night. Authorities responded to the scene after a distress call around 6:05 p.m.
