Teenager Brutally Beaten and Stabbed at Los Angeles Bonfire Party: Video Footage Captures Shocking Attack

Los Angeles, California – A horrifying incident at a bonfire party in Dockweiler State Beach left a 16-year-old boy fighting for his life after being beaten and stabbed by a mob. Video footage of the attack shows the teenager being repeatedly assaulted by at least five individuals, who also robbed him of his sneakers. The victim, who suffered severe injuries, spent days in the intensive care unit.

The brutal assault, which took place on February 10, started when the teenager tried to help a young girl and was subsequently challenged to a fight. The attackers, who shouted racist and homophobic slurs during the assault, captured the incident on video and circulated it online.

The victim’s mother, Frankie Hayes, suspects that the attack may have been gang-related. She described her son’s injuries, including a punctured lung, concussion, and collapsed lung, which left doctors uncertain of his survival. Despite the severity of his injuries, the teenager was known for staying out of trouble and being loved by many.

Hayes set up a GoFundMe page to cover the mounting medical bills and to relocate due to safety concerns following the attack. She expressed gratitude for the support received and emphasized the need to move to ensure their safety after fully cooperating with law enforcement.

Authorities from the Los Angeles Police Department have identified some of the attackers, but the investigation is ongoing. The community has rallied around the victim and his family, offering support and assistance during this challenging time. As the victim continues to recover from the traumatic incident, the quest for justice remains a top priority.
