DALKEITH, Scotland – A young mother in Dalkeith, Scotland, found herself in a terrifying ordeal after being brutally attacked with a metal pole in the early hours of a Saturday morning. Tiffany Campbell, age 20, was left bloodied and battered, with horrific head wounds and bruising to her brain after the savage assault. The attack left her fearing for her life as she was ambushed by an unknown assailant.
Campbell, a mother of two young children, was rushed to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for treatment of deep gashes to her forehead. Shocking images show her covered in blood, with a large stitched-up wound on her forehead and blood-soaked clothes and hair. Speaking from the hospital, Campbell recounted the terrifying moment when she believed her life was coming to an end.
She described how a person approached her from behind and viciously attacked her with a pole, leaving her unconscious. Campbell’s last memory before passing out was screaming for someone to tell her daughters that she loved them. The young mother expressed her genuine belief that she would not survive the brutal assault.
Following the assault, police have launched an investigation into the incident, which occurred on Saturday, April 12th. Campbell was found in a pool of blood and quickly transported to the hospital for medical attention. She is currently awaiting a CT scan to assess her injuries, which include stitches on her head and bruises on her brain. The 20-year-old remains in critical condition as authorities work to gather more information about the attack and identify the perpetrator.
