Dover, England: A heated argument at a shop in Snargate Street on the evening of Sunday, September 16, 2023, turned into a violent assault that left a shopkeeper seriously injured. Kurt Collins, 35, was involved in the altercation with a staff member, which escalated outside the store. The situation worsened when Collins, in his van, began damaging the shop with a metal tool, then struck the shopkeeper with the same tool and a bat.
