Itesh Ira, 35, pleaded guilty to attempted murder and possession of a knife. The attack took place on a street in Wembley, where the victim sustained injuries to her face, neck, and body. CCTV footage revealed Ira stomping on the victim’s head while she was on the ground, highlighting the severity of the attack.
