Described as a loving individual who had a passion for life, music, and art, Bravo was shot and killed while sitting in his Honda Civic with his cousin and a friend at the corner of North Marshall and Girard streets on March 13, 2023.
According to police reports, a dark-colored SUV pulled up and fired multiple rounds into Bravo’s vehicle, striking all three individuals inside. While Bravo succumbed to his injuries, his cousin and friend survived and were listed in stable condition. Despite the City of Philadelphia offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrator, Vasquez expressed difficulties in obtaining cooperation from the surviving victims due to fear of retaliation.
