Knife-Wielding Duo Causes Chaos at Bucks County Pizzeria

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. – An ordinary lunch break turned into a chaotic scene of violence at a local pizzeria in Bucks County this week.

Two teenage boys entered Deliza Pizza on Butler Avenue in New Britain around 2:30 p.m. on Monday. According to authorities, the 16-year-old suspect engaged in a heated argument with an employee, ultimately resorting to physical violence by punching them in the face.

As the employee managed to push the 16-year-old to the ground, a second teenager, identified as 18-year-old Panajotis Tafa, intervened with a knife in hand, escalating the situation further.

In an attempt to stop Tafa’s attack on the employee, a Good Samaritan stepped in but was unfortunately stabbed in the arm during the altercation.

Following the incident, Tafa surrendered to the police on Monday in response to an arrest warrant issued for charges of aggravated assault and other related offenses. Additionally, law enforcement officials have disclosed that a written allegation has also been filed against the juvenile involved in the altercation.

The events that unfolded at Deliza Pizza serve as a stark reminder of the unpredictable nature of violence in public spaces, leaving local residents concerned about the safety of their community.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the situation and are urging anyone with information to come forward to aid in the ongoing efforts to ensure justice is served in this case. The incident underscores the importance of vigilant bystanders and prompt police intervention in preventing and addressing acts of violence in public settings.
