Shooting at Pasadena Bar Leaves One Dead, One Injured in Parking Lot Argument

PASADENA, Texas – A tragic event unfolded in Pasadena early Sunday, resulting in one man losing his life and a woman sustaining injuries from a shooting outside a local bar.

According to reports from the Pasadena Police Department, the incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. at the Volcano Room Bar on 4650 NASA Parkway. It was revealed by Sgt. Raul Granados that an altercation between two men in the bar’s parking lot escalated into gunfire.

Tragically, one of the men involved in the argument was fatally shot, while a woman who was accompanying one of the men suffered a gunshot wound to her arm. Thankfully, she is expected to recover from her injuries, as stated by the authorities.

The individual identified as the other shooter in the exchange remained on the scene and is said to be cooperating with the police. Investigators have confirmed that they are not seeking any additional suspects, indicating that the situation at hand involved only the individuals present.
